Upper Ravi Valley. Several flocks climbing up towards Lakhna Temple. Spring migration in June. Special joined print of images 16 & 17 to show the vertical path. A flock had strayed off the path, a sheep suddenly hurtled though the air to fall with a thud, dead.

Gaddi, Kukti Pass (16,000 ft) from the Lahaul side. (As for 4.10.11a, but a better photo.) Autumn migration south. There are two flocks visible one fairly low down, approaching the pass, and the other on the ridge of the nearside shoulder of the hill. Cracks in the snow covering of the glacier are visible.

Kukti Pass, 16,000ft. 4,800 metres. There is a Gaddi flock high up, some are already at the pass, some are in the dangerous area, the gully where rocks can fall, loosened from the melting ice. There is another flock resting mid photo to the right of the glacier.
Kukti Pass from the Lahaul side, 16,500 ft. Autumn migration South. One flock can be seen resting in the mid picture, right side. Another is on its way to the top of the pass, crossing the dangerous area where rocks can fall from melting ice. The fall below is steep.

There are two flocks visible the front of one is approaching the top of the pass, while the followers are crossing the steep, dangerous gullies where rocks fall from melted ice. Another flock is in the middle distance, in a shadow below a patch of old ice.
